[HCDX] 3861 kHz

1170  24-Mar 2340 Slovenia,RadioTelevizija Slovenija. The Bela Kriz - tx with nonstop pop and an
           id at 2356 "Radio Slovenija Turistiski (?)  Programa". First time I have heard that id. Then
            the hit "On the Radio". Well, where else ?  Johan Berglund, Trollhättan, Sweden

1188//1197 24-Mar  2330  RFE in Serbian. From tx in Hungary, resp. Germany. The 1188 tx was about 
          half a second late, compared with 1197, and that small difference allowed for the repetition of one or
          two words when I swirched. Sounded a bit funny.   

3861 20-Mar 2130. Nothing to get excited  about  if there's a weak station here!  It was the harmonic of 
           RFE, Czech Republic, 1287 x 3 = 3861 I heard.
