Hi,
what we hear on 1566 kHz is in fact the 2nd program of Radio Jasenica
(Yasenitsa) from Smederevska Palanka. They have this 2nd program-ID often
but not always. The station also relays Radio B92 at uncertain times, to my
knowledge. 24-h operation.
