[HCDX] Stop Sending Complete Propagation Notices?

Those of us interested in propagation happenings already check out
spaceweather.com, get mailings from NBS and IPS and ARRL and NW7US and
others, and have a ton of bookmarks to propagation-related sites? I get
these propagation messages duplicated, triplicated, quadruplicated in the
lists we subscribe to, and it isn't necessary.

It's fine to say the bands are fouled up at the current time, but isn't it
time to stop wholesale duplication of the free mailing list messages offered
by the providers of the information? It would surely thin the mailbox.
Thanks.
