[HCDX] CKGY 1170

CKGY 1170 khz, Red Deer, Alberta made the official switch to FM this
morning at 1330 UTC.  Until then they had been relaying the AM on 95.5 MHz
during a 3 week test period.  Now the reverse is true, with the AM relaying
the FM. That will likely be the case for about 3 months, until the AM is
turned off.  Unlike some of the switches to FM we've seen, this move
doesn't involve a format or call change, with the country music format
remaining.
     IDs are now generally "KG Country 95-5 FM", though they still give the
CKGY call letters at times.
