[HCDX] AIR station on 4845 kHz ?

Hi there !

Does anyone know what is the Indian style radio station braodcasting 
on 4845 kHz in the 60 mb. We heard sitar music station between 1800-
1900 UTC during our local Dx-pedition last weekend in Northern 
Finland. All information is welcomed. Thank you.
