[HCDX] Clandestine USA: UPR also hrd in Uruguay!

USA Clandestine:

6900U United Patriot Radio 0209-0300* on Jul 27, tks by man, bothered by
another SSB stn in the nearby during the first minutes of listening. Fair in
the clear then with man talking and mentioning: America, discrimination,
jews, Seinfeld, etc. Closed with antem sung by male. Very interesting, have
recorded on tape and many thanks to GIB for the tip!!. Also there on Jul 28,
giving list of affiliates in several states. Hrd on my Sony SW7600G!.
