                        list.  Local firms with their phone numbers. QSA 3-4, but at times bad 
                        splashes from Mayak on 261.

279  11 Sep  0030 Turkmenistan. Turkmen Radio, Asgabat (my Webster says Ashgabat).
                       A band sang their love song to the capital, repeating the name perhaps two
                       dozen times. QSA 3. It was parallell to 5015.
