[HCDX] ARS Test Transmission

Our transmitter have been repaired with success &
finally, we will make the test transmissions this
Sunday 16 Sept. on 6880.1L khz at *0500-0600* UTC,
with a programme with typical music from this zone
for remove the powder from our transmitter after a
long silence without transmissions.
