[HCDX] Matching Transformers

Hi:

I have been wrapping my own matching transformers for quite sometime. I
have been using 3:1 ratio for the EWE antennas. Tonight I tryed a 9:1
ratio and it did not work well at all. Has anyone else experimented with
the ratio? The new one I wrapped has 30 wraps / 10 wraps. Any thoughts
on the subject? Of course the impediance of the antenna changes by
frequency, so I guess you just need a happy medium.
