[HCDX] Arabic station on 1080 kHz

Hi,
an UNID Arabic station on 1080 kHz mentioned 3 days ago, presumed Iran:

I have been watching its strong signal on SEP 22. Iran should finish its
Arabic programming on this frequency at 2230 UTC, but the station continued
in Arabic until 0115 when I finished my listening for the night.

No clear ID indicating Iran heard, only this was noted two times:
"Idhaatul bahran tu kattum" - "Bahran" could be "Tehran" - missheard by my
tired ears?

The signal was really strong, so if Iran is active on this frequency with
750 kW, it could not be anything else...
