I don't think so. The VOA-Relay was from Latvia, they have now left MW.
I heard Arutz Sheva in March this year on a DX-pedition to Skallerup in
Denmark, severe Aurora-conditions that day, and I was using a K9AY-loop
too.

They verified my e-mailed report with a letter and bumper-stickers. Same
verie-signer.
