[HCDX] CAF on 6100

CENTRAL AFRICAN REP.  6100 R Bangui 1857-1900. 
African music and s-off with national anthem without
any id. I presume this is Bangui, the anthem was from CAF
and Bangui was recently logged as reactivated on this 
frequency.  (Savolainen Oct 22)

Heard also Oct 24 at 1745-1800 with talks (partly French) and 
Oct 25 at 1640-1656. But no id heard. These times R Yugoslavia 
was silent. Bad splatters from 6105. Also Iran is using this 
frequency at times. Without qrm the signal could be decent.
