WWCR 12.16 MHz Coverage Maps for Nov 2001 Available

I have released a propagation forecast for WWCR on 12.16 MHz (14-23 UTC)
during the month of November 2001. The transmitting antenna was not exactly
known, so I have tried to make my best guess on that; therefore, the
forecast may not be accurate - but still indicative.
