1510 XEQI? Mexico, Monterrey, probably the one with long periods of talking and Ranchera mx. Mention of "Cultural" and "Sistema" and "Mexicana" Extreme TVI for some reason. Unusual for here with cable and utes underground. Very AU CX tonight, maybe explains the noise level from 0235 -0305 UTC 11/6. This is listed as a 0200 s/off thought, but listed //to FM.
