[HCDX] T8BZ, Palau?

Is there enyone who got any current information or schedule regarding T8BZ 
Palau? Last sunday (nov 4) between 1030-1130 UTC, i was monitoring a chinese 
speaking station on 9965 KHz wich carried a programme with chinese gospel 
music and religious talk. The station was not parallell with KWHR on 9930 
KHz who also was boroadcasting in chinese at that time. I have been 
monitoring 9985 KHz for a few days, but that frequency seems to be 
completely dead...
