[HCDX] UNID SS-890 kHz

Does anyone know of a SSer on 890 running very distorted audio with long
segments of talk by a man (news type stuff), then short pieces of
Tropical type music, then more long segments of talk. This was heard at
0915 UTC 11/7. I also heard mentions of Nicaragua & Colombia. Doesn't
sound like a Mexican. Help!
