[HCDX] Uzbekistan on 5025 kHz

Hi,

I heard Radio Tashkent, Uzbekistan, on 5025 kHz at 1610 UTC (NOV 17) in
Uzbek.
No other parallel frequency on the air in the 60 mb.

Acc. to my notes and sources this station should not be active on this
frequency at this time.
