[HCDX] Radio Samorodinka 3922 kHz

Hi there !

Last evening between 2129-2140 UTC I heard a Russian station called 
"Radio Samorodinka" on 3922.3 kHz with rather good signal up here in 
Northeastern Finland. I tried to find their address from WRTH without 
any results. Does anyone know the correct postal address for Radio 
Samorodinka ?
