[HCDX] More on Tashkent 5025 kHz

Hi,
my yesterday’s assumption about one transmitter moving between 4850 and 5025
kHz was not confirmed.

Radio Tashkent is on 5025 kHz *1600-1630* UTC in Uzbek, not on 4850 kHz
before this transmission.
Later the station is on the air again at *1730-1830*.

The signal on 4850 kHz is AIR Kohima which closes down at 1630 UTC.
