[HCDX] 4866 strange voice mirror

On the 22nd of nov I heard a strange voice mirror on 4866 USB.
male voice in French:
"Test de motor (?). Ceci est une emission destinee au reglage
de vos recepteurs".
This was followed by mentioning all days of the week and all months
of the year.
Did anybody else hear this transmission?
