[HCDX] China and Radio Free Asia

Hi,

thinking about latest reports on China National Radio and Radio Free Asia in
Chinese heard on the same frequencies (but not mixed) I came to a crazy
idea:

Radio Free Asia relays China National Radio and time to time it inserts its
own transmissions in Chinese. I know - it is too crazy to be true, but would
not it be a good way how to pretend that programs have its origin in P. R.
of China?
