RUSSIA 17399 R Mayak? 1105  man with talks in RU and partially with music , 
reports on 1107 . Same time QRM by telephone service tune in again at 1120 
but no signal / modulation Signal about S3-4 Liangas 21 THS Greece

?? 5005  VOA 1542  with talks in a turkic language with regional news ( 1551 
for Ukraine , 1556 for Azerbaijan  then for Iran . VOA ID at top of hour  then in 
bangla  as per other reports  Liangas 23 THS Greece

SAO TOME 4960  VOA 2045 woman in English with dedications  and wishes  
for happy Christmas and New year to people  in Nigeria from their relatives,  
then  from Liberia and other countries from the region S9+20 or 44443  with
