[HCDX] DX-conditions on Canary Islands?

Hi,

is there anybody who can write something on winter DX-conditions on La Palma
island (Canary Islands) or on Canary Islands in general?

I am interested in various bands: AM (MW), tropical bands, SW, FM...

What I know is that on La Palma it is possible to hire small houses (Las
Casitas) for 3 persons and 2 weeks in the country (incl. a car). There is
enough space even for longer antennas (acc. to pictures supplied by a travel
agency).

Is there anybody who spent some time in winter on this island DXing? Or is
it still an unexplored area - DX-wise?
Any contacts to local DXers or radio amateurs are welcome too!

Many thanks ...... GOOD DX,
