Any idea about this? I heard this station today at 0509 UTC and after weather forecast id was "Radio Chernomore". Chernomore means Black Sea and most probably it is from Constanta, Romania because language sounded like that. But is it just name of program or is this totally new station. If nobody knows, no problem because I will go to Romania this summer. For a holiday...
