The smartest might be not to send any reports to them right now, it's
most probably a wasted effort. I was very lucky receiving a big and
beautiful "Diploma", which was sent out from Dalton, Georgia. However,
that address was dead soon afterwards, all further reports sent to the
given PO Box bounced back.

Since that time I've never heard of any new WTIR-QSLs. I think they
are completely black now. And honestly, I can understand it. They are
booming into Europe, New Zealand etc. and I bet they were swamped with
reports, so they surrendered.
