Hi all,
This night there was a strange radio, in mandarin language, upon an
uncommon frequency: 9080.

9080	15/4	0015-	UNID
mx (western style, like pop mx) - Talk in mandarin (female voice) - mx -

no ID

Perhaps it could be Falun Dafa or other clandestine radio?
