I can confirm as I also heard BSKSA around 4790 kHz last night signing off at 2200 UTC.

 

It caught me by surprise so I wasn't able to measure the frequency accurately, so it could well have been on 4789 kHz which would be the sub harmonic of a listed frequency of BSKSA which is 9578 kHz ( Which is scheduled to close at 2200 UTC).  There was no doubt about the identity of the station as they gave a clear BSKSA ID.

 

Will need to check again tonight to see exact frequency involved,

Ten minutes ago 19 UT I was a listening to an Arabic station on 4790 kHz. I´m quite or pretty  positive it was BROADCASTING SERVICE OF THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA. That´s their ID sounded like 19 UT. Really, I don´t own any recording device. Is there anybody there, who can can confirm this logging?!

 

Really strange frequency for Saudies. More info needed., pse.
