Hi all Virgin Radio in some areas of the UK broadcast on 1233 kHz, as well as 1215 and 1242. This is probably the Uk station that you heard in the background! At 2144 Arabic ended and their Ukraine or Russian program was audible for two minutes. The tx went off at 2146. I checked their technical schedule on the web but no mention of mw. I recall in the past RCI used the TWR/RMC station on Cyprus for some programs. Maybe they have used it continuously and I just haven't noticed it?
