Does anybody know about a station broadcasting in Arabic (could be another language) on 7.7 MHz (more or less) ?

I got last night this station at 03:21 UTC on 7707 kHz. The interesting thing is that after a few minutes the frequency changed. At 03:21 it was on 7698 kHz. At 03:32 UTC it was on 7693.8 kHz.
