[HCDX] An expert on oldies?

Hi,
please, do you know anybody who is an expert on oldies (working for a radio station
or elsewhere)?

My friend Jiri, who has got a large collection od oldies, would like to indentify two
(American?) songs from the 60's. One of them is sung probably by Ray Charles. He
offers MP3 samples or complete songs in MP3 (ca. 1 MB each) sent via e-mail.

He has been already trying to contact 20 radio stations playing oldies in the U.S.,
but he has got no one line of response (!).
