It probably is.  Here in New York State, it usually comes through nicely
late at night and in the early morning.  Also, this is listed in my 2002
Passport in the Blue Pages, and on page 397 in "Voices from Home."  
Congratulations; this is an interesting station where I have heard all
sorts of music over the years ranging from Leontyne Price and Oscar
Peterson to local Mexican music and Black Sabbath with Ozzy Osbourne!
Depending when one tunes in, there's something for everyone.  They have
some English occasionally, too.
