[HCDX] Unid at 6185

This morning for more than an hour, I was lstening to a station at 6185 from
0900 to 1000 utc Music was similar (if not) mariachis and love songs. I was
unable to catch any station ID nor my 2002 Password to Worldband does not
shows any Mexico Stations for that frequency. Could that be RadioEducacion
by any chance?
