some comments:

MYANMAR 6570. - Bamar Meteo? Usually on this
frequency can be heard Myanmar Defence Forces
Broadcasting Unit.

AFGHANISTAN? 6100 Information Radio? - Maybe,
but note that R Nepal (parallel 5005) has been here
until 1715 (earlier closed down at 1545). Also
Pyongyang at this time on the fq.

RUSSIA? 4795 R Buryat? - Kyrgyz Radio has been on
this fq lately, parallel 4010. They close down around
1800 with Kyrgyz and Russian anncmt and Anthem.
I think Russia signs off earlier.
