[HCDX] Two UNID's

Hi all clever people out there,
Thanks for helping with Gene Scott. Now I have two new UNID's, so please 
help me:
15424.97 Sep 20th at 19.45: UNID language with a news bulletin at this time, 
after having played music. At 19.56 startaing a programme, called "Africa". 
Help!
15185 Sep 20th at 22.20: UNID "Very American" with lotd of Country & Western 
music played. Bad splashes from others around made ID impossible.
Who can tell?
