Hi! Just two weeks ago I received a nice e-mail and colourful 
electronic QSL card attached for my report on the Information 
Radio from the time  when  Special Operations Wing was taking 
care of the broadcsts. But I don't know who is responsible for the 
ongoing transmission . The v/s was Lt. Edward Shank and his e-
mail:  <edward.shank@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>
