3940   R TV Hong Kong (USB), Oct 17, *2133-2143*, Flute interval signal at 
2129 and 2133, Deep male voice giving ID in English and then reading weather 
reports for the Hainan Yacht Race including wind, visibility and sea state at 
various locations. Hong Kong was heard mentioned twice. Disappeared when 
the last report was read. Weak signal in much atmospheric noise. SINPO 25131
