RFPI planned as of Dec 3 to resume 24-hour operation on 15039, as soon as 
some repair be made. This will lead to the return of several `suspended` WOR 
[and COM, once we get a new one done] transmissions in the 0800-2030 UT 
period as previously scheduled.

WJIE: M-F 1300, daily 0400; Sun 0630, Mon 0700, Tue 0630 on 7490
WRN: Europe Sun 0530, North America Sun 1500
