[HCDX] Re;Radio Jordan QSLs

I have heard they (R.Jordan) are not a good verifier. Still waiting for a reply to my reports over the past year. I enclosed IRCs for return postage.

Not sure if registering helps or not, I've had mixed results in my experiences. Some registered letters are never heard from again, some are answered.  I have sent unregistered follow-up reports and received QSLs or heard the letter read on the stations "Mailbag" program. Go figure.

I picked up Radio Jordan rather poorly this morning on 11690 at
1430-1500 UTC. The ME is not that strong from the Weat coast. Anyway,
for a QSL, can I enclose $1 US for return postage? Do I need to
register
my report? How well do they QSL? I remember I had a tough time QSLing
Syria years ago. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
