[HCDX] Re: policy of the list



Dear Risto, David, Vesa and other friends,

Despite the reproductions about the press and ham radio in my last e-mail
dont have any political position about the invasion, I agree that was not
"technical only" message, surrounding in "no DX" debate, so my apologize for
any inconvenience.

Risto, Its really difficult make deeper distinctions between broadcasting
and politics, as we saw on this discussion. But yes, in one mailing
list we need one commom friendly ground for exchange informations despite
the subject of the transmittions. In theses terms the technical approach
stay us - at least on the list - far away from the rude propaganda and
ideology that we found daily on the stations.

In amateur radio it´s more easy because the personal/experimental dimension.
