Yesterday 19.4 BFBS has been heard on 9740 on 1534 //13860 
Signal S9 

Also: 
Abkhaz R 1407 on 9494.75 posisbly relaying R Mayak , in russian 
. Signal S4 grdually enhanced to S9 after 1430. ON 1500 ID 
radio .... was  covered by QRM from 9500  Liangas April 19

INDIA 10330 AIR feeder 1525 with news in hindi and giving a 
web adress www.allindiaradio .com . The foirsttime listening to 
them with audio /signal having no echo Liangas April 19
