[HCDX] Radio Tachira 4830 kHz

Hi,

this morning (2 MAY, before 0400 UTC) after long time I heard Radio Táchira (VEN) on
4830 kHz signing off at 0400 UTC. This station seems to be very irregular on this
frequency already for some time. Maybe this was the 1st of May extended transmission?
