[HCDX] New on my site

Hi all,

I've added MW bandscan section to my web site. That is a table of mediumwave
stations more or less regularly heard in Kazan, Russia. You may access it
through the DX Library; and there is a direct link from English homepage as
well.

The table contains only 531 ... 576 kHz for the moment, and new data will be
regularly added.
