[HCDX] CD Station Reports

Hi all:

What has been the experience of sending a reception report with a CD with a file recorded from the actual reception?  With the letter, do you still write out full program details or simply refer to the CD?  I am thinking of giving it a try and hoping to find out what others are doing first.
