[HCDX] CNR 1 is on 17910 kHz

Hi,

China National Radio (CNR 1) is also on 17910 kHz (out-of-band frequency).
Observed since 1 JULY in the morning hours around 0400 UTC.
The transmitter used probably as a jammer, but nothing heard in background.
