First, thanks for your nice email(comets named after me....). I have been listening to 3235 kHz this evening. On 3234.90 is Radio Luz y Sonido, Huánuco with newsprogram 23-2400 UTC I think it was called "Noticiero regional de Huánuco". Was drifting between 3234.86-3234.90 kHz. 
On 3235.05 kHz was a very weak signal, impossible to say which language. 
 
Over the years here in Quito I have not heard anything else on the frequency.
