SOLAR FLARES  : Eruptive (C-class flares expected, probability >= 50%)
GEOMAGNETISM  : Quiet (A<20 and K<4)
SOLAR PROTONS : Warning condition
PREDICTIONS FOR 13 Aug 2003  10CM FLUX: 118 / AP: 015
PREDICTIONS FOR 14 Aug 2003  10CM FLUX: 121 / AP: 010
PREDICTIONS FOR 15 Aug 2003  10CM FLUX: 125 / AP: 010

COMMENT: Geomagnetic conditions have evolved from active to quiet. The solar
wind speed has decayed to 600 km/s. The interplanetary magnetic field (IMF) is
pointing northwards with very short southward interruptions. For the next day
geomagnetic conditions should remain quiet. We expect several C-flares from
group 96 (NOAA 0431) which is still growing and from group 90 (NOAA 0424)
despite it is at the limb of the disk. There is also a chance for M-flares in
group 96.
