The French navy has a test marker on 16.948MHZ on usb using RTTY at 850 shift 75 baud and a bit inversion pattern of 11011. What does this marker do? They have 9 markers all together that I know of. Is it sort of a claim First come first serve? With the bit inversion off it is a test marker, but with it on it is calling selcals ( calling someone of importance) anyone with any information on this would be great. The marker is on now (24hrs aday).

                                                                 THANKS
                                                                  CHRIS
