[HCDX] Address to Taiwan Area Fishery?

Please,
anyone who can help me with the correct address to Taiwan Area Fishery
Radio in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
I sent them a report of reception, but the letter came back in a couple
of weeks, stamped ?Insufficent address?.
The address I used was Taiwan Area Fishery - Taiwan Chu Yuyeh
5 Yuhang No.  2nd Road
Kaohsiung
Taiwan

Is there maybe a zipcode that should be used? Or is it something else
missing?
