HCJB's DXPL was not heard at the scheduled 2000 GMT hour. Instead I heard
the ID for Midnight Cry religous program coming on the air.    MacKenzie-CA

UNKNOWN      9.435    2228 GMT    Pilipina???     433 Nov 6th     OM with
station ID's and IS then YL with comments in Spanish?? with Melodia music.
Pilipina was mentioned often. Only station listed for that time zone is the
FEBC!

    Seems that the Sun Flares are slowing down for the time being. Bands
here are back to Normal, I hope!!!
