I would say it is not too early, but almost too late as the Sun rises in New Zealand at around 1710
UTC.
It is not a greyline (the Sun goes down in Nürnberg area at about 1540 UTC), but I think this catch
is quite possible. At that time it should be close to the end of reception conditions and signals
should fade out very quickly.
It is widely known that signals on low frequencies from the east improve just before the Sunrise
comes to their area.
